Objectives:

• Develop the ability to penetrate defensive lines (attackers);

Organization:

• The “defenders” try to prevent “attackers” to enter inside the Penalty Box

with the ball;

• The “attackers” try to enter inside the Penalty Box with the ball and finalize

against a Goalkeeper;

• When “defenders” win the ball try to find quickly the two “supporters” outside

the playing area (quick offensive transition);

• When “attackers” lose the ball try to win the ball quickly and prevent that

defenders find the two “supporters” outside the playing area (quick defensive

transition).

Scoring:

• 1 Goal = scoring on the full size goal (“attackers”);

• 1 “Goal” = playing the ball to one of the two outside “supporters”

(“defenders”).

Coaching Points:

Attackers Defenders

• Penetrate (with space);

• Offensive Support (pass lines);

• Mobility (create space);

• Space (width and depth);

• Head up;

• Quick play;

• Quick attitude change.

• Contention (in front of the ball);

• Defensive Support (compactness);

• Balance;

• Concentration (on the ball side);

• Quick attitude change.
