Log-in to the 2FA - Symantec

portal using your Vodafone

credentials

Password that you use to access Vodafone systems

User Name that you use to access Vodafone systems. If you have an Active Directory

account use your userPrincipalName (upn –

which usually has “vodafone” or “vodacom” in its name). If you are a self-registered user

use your VCDS ID which is usually your e-mail address.

You will be prompted to install the

Symantec Client Authentication plugin.

Click on “Download”.

Once the plugin has

downloaded, click on “Run”.

Once the plugin has been installed, you twill need to provide a device name for your “Computer”

Enter a friendly name, Make sure that you can identify which PC, Laptop, MacBook you are registering i.e. use make and model, HP T440,

screen which will display the
