System Requirements We have transitioned to a new online enrollment system (Benefitsolver) that works the best with the Chrome and Firefox browsers. During the transition, a problem was discovered when using Chrome and Firefox. In some cases, the browser remembers the old enrollment site and automatically goes there. When this happens, the user receives an error message that reads “This site can’t be reached” or “Secure Connection Failed.” To correct this problem, it’s recommended that employees clear their browser “cache.” To ensure that you do not encounter issues when visiting the new cisbenefits.org site, it is recommended that you delete your browser’s temporary internet files, or cache, prior to visiting the site. Below are instructions on how to clear the cache for each of the major internet browsers.

Google Chrome - https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2392709?hl=en Mozilla Firefox - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache

Again, please note that Chrome and Firefox are the recommended browsers for accessing the new enrollment system. The new enrollment system is not fully functional on other browsers (Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) Please visit see below for additional browser requirements.

Browser Requirements This site is best viewed with the most-recent, stable versions of the browsers below, all of which are freely available for download from their respective websites:

Firefox: Version 4 or higher is recommended Chrome: Version 28 or higher is recommended
