Job Responsibilities

Preparation of Electrical shop drawings as per Clients approval. As an Approved Engineer have to check Design for the project further apply for

DEWA in order to get Approval for drawings as early without snags from DEWA. Co-ordination with the main contractor and the other MEP activities. Coordination with subcontractor. Site supervision for Electrical, plumbing and water supply installations Working together with project schedules and programs, and prior execution plans

with proper documentation. Handling the team with proper planning and safety and risk management methods. Coordination with Civil and Structural designs to reduce discrepancies on site. Preparation of drawings for Electrical, Coordination drawings in final stage of the

projects. Preparing of the material submittals.

Preparation of Conceptual single Line drawings indicating possible routes & Size electrical & Structural opening required.

Inspecting the site as per approved drawings and carrying out the work. Preparing of quotations, agreements and running bills of concerned projects. Attending site visits to access the site condition and preparation of relevant designs. Submitting the inspections requests to the consultants for approval. Co-ordinate with client, consultant and subcontractor for site inspection. Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members. Consulting with project coordinator regarding the project. Coordinate with workers in the site through execution. Involved with the Technical Team for Tendering of New projects Preparing of Bill of Quantities and schedule of Equipment’s Ordering the required material as per specifications. Attending site meetings with other trades and solving technical issues Follow up the material orders and the material delivery. Following the handing over process including testing and commissioning reports,

Snags list preparing of the as built drawing. Preparation of As built drawings and preparation of Final Variations at the completion

of Project.
