Process

1 disinfect the wheat seeds 2 sprouting : put seeds which have been disinfected in wet gauze, and leave them in electro-heating standing-temperature cultivator about 48 hours, the temperature is 25 .℃

3 Culture of seedling: put the containers which contain seedlings in light room 4-5 days, contain the time and strength of illumination.

4 divert seedlings to different treatments, cultivate about 6-7 days

5 get the plants and do experiments to get results of measurement items
