Problems
Lack parstock linen laundry
resulting in operational
delays often work in guest
room area.
Lack of equipment and tools
available such as Dry Vacuum
Cleaner.
RESOLUTION
Reporting to the Executive
housekeeper to propose the addition
of linen or linen to choose which will
be replaced by looking at the degree
of soiling linens.
Buying supplies inadequate amount
of equipment in order to expedite
the work operations.
Conclusion
After implementing the program Industrial Work
Practices for 6 (six) months in Lido Lakes Resort &
Conference, it can be concluded that the Industrial
Employment Practices programs provide
enormous benefits to the development and
improvement of the learners in adapting to
practice in the state of the industry.
As long as I carry Employment Practices Industry, I
can know and understand the Standard Operating
Procedure (SOP) in the Housekeeping and also I
can improve myself.
Recomendation
LIDO LAKES RESORT & CONFERENCE
• Need for additional parstock linen to
meet operational needs.
• Balancing the number of employees with
the workload.
• Need for additional manpower, especially
in the operations.
• Always create a new innovation that can
attract tourists to come to the hotel.

practice rooms.
