Review “The Happy Life”

- Unhappiness can come from you having problems- something didn’t work.

- Stop thinking about what you don’t have.

- HEDONISM: Living life for pleasure

- Virtue- Don’t do something just to be virtuous

- Your heart and mind have to match up to be happy

- Don’t be miserable to make someone else happy

- Do things because you want to do them

- You shouldn’t have to think about making good decisions

- Self-denial can lead you to unhappiness

- You shouldn’t put others in front of you all the time.
