ABOUT TECHgium®

TECHgium®, in its second edition, is a unique industry-academia initiative that offers talented engineering students a nationwide platform to solve real-world engineering problems for global technology companies. The initiative saw over 9000+ students from over 220 reputed engineering institutes participating in the event. The primary objective of the initiative is to ignite young minds and provide exposure to real challenges faced by the global industry, thereby making it more than just a project or a challenge. Through this platform, students will get an invaluable opportunity to work on futuristic technologies and augment the solution development team of LTTS, while getting recognized as a TECHgium® innovator. Importantly, LTTS is helping build a talent pool for the nation who will bring a practical solutions mindset to the industry and not limit it just to theory. Supporting them would be the faculty and top industry experts, thereby exposing them to the industry early in their career.

Shortlist for POC roundL&T Technology Services shall

announce names of shortlisted students who will be required to

develop a POC.

Demonstration of POCShortlisted students shall be

required to develop a Proof of Concept (POC)/Prototype of their

solution into technology framework giving necessary

details and present their creation to the judges.

Declaration of Results Results of Demonstration Round shall be

declared by L&T Technology Services and a final set of students shall be provided an

opportunity to work with L&T TS Solution development team.

Evaluation of paper by Industry Expert/Academic Judges panel

Full Technical Paper PresentationShortlisted students shall be required to Present a detailed Technical Paper on the abstracts written by them. This will be subjected to further scrutiny.

Challenge & ConceptSubmissionChallenge shall be posted on portal wherein students shall be encouraged to come up with a solution, individually or in a team and upload the same (in form of concept) on the portal within a stipulated time period.

Nationwide AdvertisingAcademic institutions shall be identified and contacted to mobilize participation in the initiative.
