Lagan has its own Foundry Division with extensive facilities with Furnaces and modern equipments like Moulding Machine, mechanised Sand Plant which enable a steady supply of quality components.

Machining & Fabrication Facilities

Using 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, Induction hardening and Grinding facilities, components of aerospace grade can be manufactured.

Manufactured using CNC turning and milling machines followed by Dynamic balancing and precision assembly allow manufacture of these critical assemblies.

Complex Fabrication

Intricate profiles can be cut with Waterjet machine followed by CNC press brake and welding to creat complex fabricated structures.

Thick plates can be rolled, bent, welded and machined in our facilities for heavy fabricated structures.

Large thin-walled casting can be manufactured in our foundry, and machined using large DMC, plano Millers, and Radial Drill machines.
