I was quite conservative in the number of references I listed at the end of my formal paper. I am making additional sources available to those attending the presentation. A number of the references below are available “full-text” on the Internet, readily found using the Google search engine. Information supplied should be sufficient to permit locating the items in question. Other references were retrieved using a couple of the 150 indexing services available at the University of Regina Library, and also at most other academic and some public libraries. In each instance, the database used for the search is credited. Without these modern electronic tools, we would be back in the dark age of manual indexes common when I first became a librarian 40 years ago. In many cases, library site licenses allow only university employees or current students to access the systems and the electronic versions of articles often hotlinked to them. For that reason, none of the apparent “hotlinks” below are “ live “. But in each case, sufficient information is supplied to permit a successful interlibrary loan at academic/company/ public libraries.
