TJ8300 / TJ8500UV Lamp (Cont.)

The lamp is the heart of the UV system.

Lamp power is up to 200 W/cm (36kW).

The lamp, by nature, cannot be switched On or Off instantly.

When the machine is in Idle mode:

The lamp switches to the reduced power level of 30%.

The shutters are closed.

Lamp’s operating temperature is 650°C - 850°C.

TJ8300 / TJ8500Reflectors (Cont.)

The reflectors are manufactured from pure aluminum, anodized for protection and treated to give maximum UV reflectivity.

The reflectors absorb heat and reflect UV.

The reflectors minimize the IR power and maximize the UV power.
