Techlog.2. Data Entry Operator in Technical Services Powerplant Section updates the Oil

Consumption data for the A/C manually in excel sheets.3. The data in the excel sheets are plotted as a graph for monitoring and submitted to

Regulatory Authorities / OEM / Lessor as and when required.Example : Oil Consumption Graph for ESN 962286 VT-JFD attached below.

Proposed process for Oil Consumption Monitoring

In order to introduce Engine Oil Consumption Monitoring in AMOS, TS Powerplant section along with AMOS team have been updating Oil Consumption data in excel and AMOS for 1 year to check if any variations exist. The data entered in AMOS has been verified and found to be accurate.Example : Oil Consumption report for VT-JFD extracted from AMOS is attached below.

Oil Consumption Report – Engine Change

Engine Changes can be marked in the report by selecting the “Show Engine Changes” option

In the below example it shows the Hrs at which the RH engine waschanged.
