What is a stakeholder meeting?

• A stakeholder meeting is a strategic event for introducing stakeholders to each other.

• Gaining their commitment and defining objectives• It also collects information about the purpose of the

system and its overall context • Stakeholder meetings give all of those with an

interest in your idea a chance to take part.• Allows suggestions for how to improve and take the

idea forward
