• Most clubs don’t recruit alumni for membership
• 84% of current program participants are interested in membership

• Let them shine in Rotary– Invite them as speakers/panelists– Keep alumni associations involved

• The leadership must come from you!• Share your passion and show Rotary cares• Be patient and never force it• Find prospective members from alumni• Find a leader with passion, vision, and time• Let them steer their own course• Make joining a new club easy– Dues/Meeting time– An e-club is a nice option
