• Active California State License Board license holder and properly insured and bonded
• Pre-screened by PG&E
• At least one Building Performance Institute-certified building analyst on staff
– Working knowledge of applying building science within whole-house approach to improve building performance
• Completed a participation workshop
• Handles the rebate paperwork on behalf of the home owner
• Agreed to a rigorous QA procedure, including random field verifications and home owner surveys
• Required to pull all necessary building permits for every job and follow current building codes
