POWER Electrical energy is a major cost to most manufacturing facilities (~$800k/year in the US). Our energy information system monitors energy usage throughout a facility to help determine how to optimize the energy usage and then verify the results. This monitoring solution comes in two basic flavors: panel sub-metering and equipment metering. Panel sub-metering involves placing 3-phase power monitors at the feed to an electrical panel. Equipment metering is generally single-phase current monitoring. We also provide an engineering service to specify the sensors and provide the instructions to the installer about install location and configuration per sensor.
