Significantly reduce your carbon footprint by utilizing Air Energy Systems’ patented ECCS control system.

The conventional 80/20 unit is designed to operate on 80% re-circulated inside facility air and 20% fresh outside air.

By installing Air Energy Systems’ patented ECCS to any conventional 80/20 unit, the equipment can function in a 100% re-circulation cycle during the unoccupied mode. Operationally, the Energy Conservation Control System elimates 20% of outside air from coming into the facility. Valuable heating dollars are saved by reducing the need to warm unnecessary air.

SEASON SWITCHThe Season Switch sets the operation of the unit. In the Off operation the blower and burner circuits open and will not operate. In the Summer operation the blower will operate and the burner circuit will open and not operate. In the Winter operation the blower and burner will operate. This is the only cycle that will use the Mode Switch and ECCS System.

MODE SWITCHThe Mode Switch sets the mode of the unit during the Winter operation. The Occupied mode will bypass the Occupied Time Clock and Unoccupied Thermostat locking the unit into the Occupied mode. The Auto mode will use the Occupied Time Clock to switch between the Occupied and Unoccupied modes using the programming. The Unoccupied mode will Bypass the Occupied Thermostat and Occupied Time Clock locking the unit into the Unoccupied mode.
