Who We Are
We're an organization comprised of early tenure employees, IBMmers who have been with the company for less than 5 years
Our mission is in three parts:– Connect early tenure employees with each other, to the area, and to IBM
• Monthly social activities• Community service opportunities• Network with other young professionals
in the community• Workshops on IBM-centric topics
– Promote technical vitality of new IBMmers• Discuss continuing education
– Encourage career development within IBM• Frequently host talks by veteran IBMmers
Our end goal is to develop, network, and retain some of the best talent in the industry... all while still having fun!
