was founded in 1983 as a smallcontract machine shop. In 1988, we designed and built ourfirst proprietary ram tube end forming machine to help ourcustomers fulfill a need. Shortly after that, we began tooffer a full line of standard ram end forming and rotary tubeend finishing machines. Today, our standard line of equipmenthas expanded to include end forming, end finishing, rotarydecoating, press/crimping, integrated dual end forming,and integrated end forming/end finishing machines. Wehave equipment operating in over 20 countries.
