Welcome to the biggest EMSA GA Delegation ever!

As you have probably read, the enthusiasm for the EMSA GA was that big that we had to cre-

ate a waiting list for the last registrations. We would like to ask the ones of you who have not

paid their registration fee yet, to pay very quickly. We have to be sure of your payment before

we will make the hotel spot definitive!

If payment has not been received by the 7th of July , we will give your spot to the one who is

on top of the waiting list! You will be put in the bottom of the waiting list instead.

Most people do not have to worry, however; please take a look at this edition’s Jeroen-o-

meter!

The rest of this update gives you all the information on the process towards the GA. Enjoy

Welcome to the GA Delegation!

Cancellation policy In case anything happens to you which will make it

impossible for you to visit the GA, you should take into

account our cancellation policy. This is to assure that

we will not make any financial losses in case of cancel-

lation (how unfortunate the reason might be).

Cancellation before the 1st of August:

You will receive a total refund minus € 10 handling fee.

Cancellation between the 1st and the 14th of August:

Hotel costs cannot be refunded anymore. A refund of

the other costs is possible, minus handling fee. This

comes down to a refund of € 29 (or € 49 in case late

registration fee has been paid).

Cancellation from the 14th of August:

A refund is not possible anymore.

From now on you will receive an

e-mail from us quite regularly.

The next one will be about your

travel schedule, to see whether

playing farmers golf is possible!
