speakers. Besides this, she is never afraid to say what she thinks and that is very useful when mak-ing budgets, scripts or write letters to spon-sors, And last, but not least, Tamara really likes to chat, hang out and party! At OC-weekends, she is al-ways happy and in for a great laugh.
Jacinta is a truely happy
person. She is always
busy with socialising
with others and making
sure they are happy. So
as the logistics coordina-
tor, she will make sure
you have a brilliant time
ánd not notice the stress
that's going on behind
the scenes.
She is very sociable, a
hard worker and at
times loud. She will al-
ways tell you what she
thinks, so that you know
what you're up to and
know what to expect
from her. This makes
her a great person to
work with, and I'm sure
the OC as a whole will
together give you a great
time!
Tamara is someone who really likes to get things done. She is always busy with millions of things, and doesn't let anything get in the way. That is why she is the chief of EMSCon, she keeps the overview of everything that needs to be done and keeps close contact with all the

night in Oloroso, a restau-
rant with a special atmos-
phere. The atmosphere is
filled with sweet music, the
laughs of people and the
smell of delicious food. Off
course, we will all be
dressed in black tie. So, girls
don't forget you cocktail
dresses and boys, don't for-
get your beautiful suit. After
dinner the restaurant will
change in a club, where we
can have drinks and a laugh
all night long. As you can
see, all ingredients are avail-
able to make this evening a
perfect one. Make sure you
don't miss it!!

Hutspot This is a typical Dutch dish. You need:
1,5 kg peeled potatoes, 1,25 kg carrots (cutted in little
pieces) and 400g onions (also cutted in little pieces).
400 grams of beef meat.
Cook the meat at least one hour in 300ml water. Ad the
potatoes, carrots, onions and water until all the potatoes
are under the water. Cook for half an hour. Take the meat
out of the pan and remove the water. Save this water.
Mesh the potatoes and the vegetables. Stir the water,
some butter and hot milk until you will get a good
‘stamppot’ - It should be creamy, but not too thin. Eat the
hutspot with the cooked meat.
Dutch word of the month:
“Ons bin zûnig”
