EMResource Reports Procedures Update
To retrieve the status information associated to your facility, there are two reports that you will need.
Status Detail Report:Status Start Time and End Date
Status Time DurationStatus Comments
User that started the Status
Status Summary Report:Pie Charts showing Total Status Hours and Percentages
Hours Separated by ED and Hospital Status
Log into EMResource.
Select Status Reports
Select Status Detail
This report will provide you with the reasons for a change in status and the hours/percentage of time your facility was reporting these status changes in a pdf format
Enter in the Start Date and End Date for your report.
Using the Status Type drop down box, select Hospital Status if you wish to run the changes to the overall hospital status.
Using the Status Type drop down box, select ED Status if you wish to run the changes to the overall ED status.
Click Next, then select all the Statuses, and select your facility

Click Generate Report at the bottom.

For Status Summary: Select Reports, Status Reports, then Status Summary.
Select your Start and End Date, then the Report Format.
Select your facility, and then both ED Status and Hospital Status.

For Historical Data (before 8/1/2013) you can still run Status Reason Summary
Select Reports, Status Reports.
Select Status Reason Summary.
Enter in your Date Range (must be before 8/1/2013)
If information is available, you will see this option.
Click Next.
Select All for Status Reasons, then Click Generate Report.
