Mass education funding which planned well in the government's annual budget
Improvement of qualification and certification of teachers and improve the quality of education teachers
Application of ICT for e-learning and e-administration
Improving the quality and competitiveness of education with a comprehensive approach
Improving the equitable ratio between vocational school and common high school
Intensification and extensification of non-formal and informal education to reach these services on students who can not afford formal education
Strengthening (the) governance, accountability, and public image of education with a comprehensive approach.
