Corgan Connect• SocialChorus was a great program to
start on as Corgan was new to employee advocacy
• SocialChorus is simple, easy method to communicate with all firm employees and reach all age levels
• Content is easy to find and even easier to share – ease of use was very important in deciding on a solution

Implementing Corgan Connect• Small group established to test the platform • Did not go as expected – group members were not advocates,
which made rolling out the app more challenging • Training employees was a learning process
• Some employees adopted Corgan Connect quickly and became great ambassadors
• Training and education of Corgan Connect took place in small groups of employees
• Hannah would go into team meetings to remind employees to use the app when not much activity was taking place there
