CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTS
The Project Management National Conference, India
2015 offers the perfect platform for this! It's India's
premier project management conference and over a
1000 project professionals are expected to congregate
at the venue. The atmosphere is truly conducive to
learning, networking and bonding. The best part? Since
they learn as a team, they will share the same
knowledge wavelength. They can implement their
learnings into your project right away!
Today our work is project driven. And projects are driven
by teams. The constant challenge is to keep your team
engaged, aligned and enthusiastic about what they're
doing. It's not enough for team members to be good at
the tasks that define their individual roles. They have to
see how what they do fits into the greater context of
the project and the organization's goal. One of the most
effective ways to get your teams to bond - is to get
them to learn and grow together.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCEHosted by PMI Bangalore India Chapter, the 7th Project Management National Conference, India
will be held in Bengaluru, from September 10-12 at Hotel Lalit Ashok. This year's theme
“ARCHITECTING PROJECT MANAGEMENT for Redefining India…” takes inspiration from the
mood of 'change' that has enveloped India. How can project management methodologies be
used to architect this change and redefine our nation? Thought leaders, industry experts, project
