TYPES OF CONTRACT
Explain the following types of contracts, including advantages and disadvantages
Full-time: working 36+ hours a week. Advantage is you get paid more. Disadvantage is you get less free time
Part-time: working less than 36 hours a week. Advantage get more free time. Disadvantage is you get paid less.
Freelance: working on different assignments for different companies
shift work: not traditional Monday-Friday 9-5
Permanent: Monday-Friday 9-5
Temporary: working over a period of time for example a Christmas temp
Voluntary: unpaid work
Casual: working when needed
Hourly paid: Paid hourly
Piecework: paid for a piece of work

Internet : some companies advertise job vacancies on their website which you can apply to. Other companies advertise job vacancies on job websites like indeed.co.uk/
