No fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH categories and Womencandidates. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.3. 1. Cut off date for determining various eligibility criteria (educational qualifications, age limit,experience etc.) will be 31.03.20142.
