The Sponsor shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein and by any such amendments or additional rules and regulations which may be established by TalentView and communicated to Sponsor from time to time.

BILLING & PAYMENT TalentView will reserve the indicated package within the 30-day payment timeframe upon receipt of the signed conforme. TalentView reserves the right to release the reservation without prior notice if the sponsor fails to provide the full payment and all such other documents within the 30-day timeframe. The sponsor shall settle the full payment within the 30 day timeframe and any incidental charges immediately after the event through cash, check, or bank deposit, unless TalentView has agreed in writing to defer payment thereof by the sponsor.

EXHIBITOR’S BOOTH/ TABLE TOP SPACE Assignment of table space will be upon payment of the sponsorship package. If desired space is unavailable, TalentView may offer another space that is available. If an exhibitor fails to occupy the space contracted for, TalentView reserves the right to use or reassign the space to suit its own convenience.

NOISE LEVEL Amplified music or vocal presentations are permitted if not audible enough to cause distraction for neighboring table spaces or the summit. TalentView and its partner organizers will exercise total control of this regulation and will ask the exhibitor to discontinue the distraction if needed. When in doubt, please check with TalentView for prior approvals.

INSURANCE Fire, loss, theft, and personal liability insurance, must be procured by sponsor/exhibitor at its own expense.

FIRE AND SAFETY LAWS Exhibitors are responsible for complying fire and safety regulations. No exhibitor shall bring to the facility and combustible. Smoking in exhibits is forbidden. Crowding will be restricted. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The sponsor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TalentView, its organizers, members, and staff, from all claims for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of property, or for any injury to its employees, agents, or invitees while participating in the event and will make no claim for any reason whatsoever, including negligence, against TalentView, its organizers, members, and staff. The sponsor/exhibitor shall pay all of its own costs and expenses incurred in producing and setting up the exhibit.

ACTS OF GOD, FIRE, STRIKES, TERRORISM, ETC. In the event that any outside cause, such as war, fires, strike, terrorism, or Acts of God such as: earthquakes, floods, or other emergency prevents the summit from being held, TalentView may retain such part of Sponsor Fees as is required to compensate TalentView for expenses incurred up to the time such contingency shall have occurred. PROTECTION OF VENUE PROPERTY No scotch tape, paste, thumbtacks, nails or other methods may be used to affix signs or posters to the wall. If any damage is caused to the venue property accidentally or otherwise, the sponsor/ exhibitor will be responsible for the full cost of repairs.
