INTRODUCTION

• An employee referral program is an

internal recruitment method employed by organizations to

identify potential candidates from their existing

employees social networks.

• An employee referral program solicits the referral of

qualified job candidates from current employees who

know your workplace culture and understand your job

requirements

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE ?

• Referrals are open to all National staff.

• Employee must be actively engaged at company at the

time of submission of the referral .

HOW TO PARTICIPATE ?

• You can “refer a friend” to HR using the email address

• All current vacancies can be viewed via the website

CANDIDATE ELIGIBLITY

• Candidates must not be currently employed

• Candidates must meet the basic qualifications for

employee referral award-eligible positions.

• Candidates must follow the prescribed application

process for the position.

• Candidates must accept an offer for full-time

employment into an award-eligible position, and must

still be employed in that position for six continuous

months in good performance standing.

• The “six continuous months in good performance” will

include the candidate’s initial ninety (90) day period as a

consultant if applicable.
