It is generally expected from the employer that graduates should be equipped with a balance of technical / Functional knowledge & the relevant “soft skills” required in the workplace after leaving the colleges.

Reality …

Universities and colleges are doing traditional activities i.e. providing old theoretical knowledge by traditional techniques even in the 21st century. The current education system doesn’t equip youngsters with the desired knowledge and skill sets needed to excel in the practical professional life.
