The Programme The Santander Universities SME Internship Programme is an entrepreneurial internship programme that provides final year students and recent graduates paid work experience within local businesses.

Santander is contributing towards the cost of the internship.

The Programme enables participating local businesses to recruit final year students and graduates (within the last two years) from the university to undertake valuable work experience

All internships can be 3 / 6 months in duration and the intern should receive at least £1,000 per month.

We ask that the company be of 250 employees or less and have less than £50 million annual turnover.
