Ingredients

Method

10 small beef ribs

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon garlic

2-3 spring onions

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

4 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 cup water

2 tablespoons cooking oil

•First, chop the spring onions and the garlic.

•Second, mix the sugar, soy sauce, garlic, spring onions and sesame seeds with water and cooking oil.

•Then, stir the sauce well.

•Next, marinate the beef ribs in the sauce for two to four hours. For best results, leave them overnight.

•After that, barbecue or grill the ribs.

•Finally, sever the beef ribs with rice.
