Members of our ER team are here 24/7 to ensure the bestpossible care day or night. They are trained to address untimely or unexpected medical or surgical circumstancesand provide exceptional client service in addition to theiroutstanding patient care. Our nurses attend continuing education lectures and hands on training year-round tomaintain their top-notch skills.

Open 24/7/365Since emergencies are rarely scheduled, we are open 24hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our dedicatedstaff of doctors and nurses work around-the-clock to providewhatever is needed to aid, assist or comfort patients, theirfamilies or referring veterinarians. Our practice focuses solelyon emergency and specialty care so that we can assist general practitioners with difficult cases, leaving routine veterinary care to their expertise.

Commitment To CareUpon arrival, each patient’s history is reviewed by a doctor prior to performing a detailed examination. Eachdoctor can immediately collaborate with any of the otherspecialists, in order to provide the best care possiblewithin the financial means of the client. Each client istreated with kindness, sensitivity and empathy. We understand that this can be an anxious time for clients andwe aim to make each visit as calm and efficient as possible.

IndyVet is an American Animal Hospital Association accredited hospital. AAHA is the only organization thatinspects and accredits veterinary practices in North America. Every three years, AAHA evaluates approximately900 standards of veterinary excellence in order to remainaccredited. Less than 15% of veterinary practices in theUnited States hold the “AAHA accredited” designation.
