Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children (RMHC) at Presbyterian St. Luke’s (P/SL) is the anchor hospital in HealthONE’s pediatric system of care. The 160-bed pediatric hospital includes the largest Level IV (84 beds) neonatal intensive care unit in the region, a 20-bed pediatric intensive care unit and a 56-bed pediatric inpatient unit. The eight operating rooms are dedicated to pediatrics and are the most technologically advanced in the region, specially equipped for minimally invasive surgery. HealthONE hospital affiliations with RMHC build entry points for children’s health throughout the Denver metro area, creating a system that includes: 161 neonatal intensive care unit beds, 92 pediatric inpatient beds, 26 pediatric intensive care beds and 5 pediatric emergency departments.
