l During on-site maintenance, use the extensive listof materials in the maintenance sheet - providingprecise locations, item numbers, productdescriptions and actions

l Maintenance sheets provide overviews of anyadditional requirements, such as a need for anextra-long ladder, ID cards or details relating tobuilding opening hours

l Once maintenance is complete simply tick off theactions to update on the Naveo screen. There is no need to add stickers on each luminaire – printout the completion certificate and the detailed logif needed

When on site during a maintenance and inspection visitLocally, when the DCP hub is not connected to theinternet, it is possible to run local tests from aportable computer device (laptop, tablet for example).

Make a visual inspection and record the observationsmanually.

Observed data can be inputted to the system later.Carry out any remedial maintenance according to pre-planning with the spares advised on the previousmaterials (spares to take) list.

Non-addressed general luminaires or other itemsDuring a site visit it is possible to record informationfor items that are not part of the automatic testschedule nor addressed directly by Naveo. Forexample, it might be useful to note the condition ofthe fire extinguishers in the log, or of other standardemergency lighting.

On return to base the information can be uploaded toNaveo to update the information for such equipment.
