Your dashboard

To browse the gallery to see samples and get ideas, click on ‘explore’. You can also see that from this screen you can access your saved presentations, upload a PowerPoint file, and/or create a new presentation. When I imported a PowerPoint, some of the formatting was off, but it was easily fixed with a quick drag and drop to reposition some items.

Click new, and then select a template

This will open your workspace

Workspace Toolbar

Toolbar:Here you can add a slide, section, or change the theme. However, you can only choose between the themes available within the template collection that you chose at the start of your project.

You can add text, images (from your computer or from a URL), video (from URL), shapes, and charts.

You can copy, paste, or delete items. Undo, Redo, Save, and Play are also available here.

Click on Save to title your presentation.

When you click on an item, you will be offered more options

When you click on the text, you are offered additional tools to alter the text. Hover over

each icon to see what’s available.

Adding collaborators and sharing

In order to invite collaborators, download, print, or share your presentation, click on play. Then click on the menu icon to access more tools. You can share via link or embed code.

Only one user can be editing the presentation at a time.

When you present

• You can choose to travel through your slides in order, click the agenda mode.

• If you need to alter the track to respond to your class discussion, you can click on slides and access whichever one you need.

• You can expand your slides to full screen mode.

FYI

• Without the premium account, your presentations are public.

• Emaze requires the updated Chrome browser in order to operate.

• Presentations are auto-saved every few moments.

• Hover over your email address to see the click for logging out.
