Heat exchangers technical data used is the defined by ENGINEERING DRAWING CSD/XP FOR BLENDING OF DRU (E-135110A/B/C/D) (PMJ-D-5088-10-2213-D001 Rev. A). We have already received technical data about that exchanger, but it doesn't appear to be the bigger of all 110/111/112 series. Borders of the slabs of 111/112 heat exchangers appears as segmented lines because we have not received yet any information (technical data) for its design. The heat exchangers labeled E135112 / E135212 appears to be bouble leveled heat exchangers (as are E135110 / E135210). We give the warning that the dimensions of the remaining heat exchangers foundations, after designed, could be bigger enough to: Generate interferences between each heat exchanger slab. Generate interferences between underground piping routes. Generate inferference between modules to be installed between heat exchangers Generate interfeences between heat exchangers slabs and foundations of bridges to access them. We hope this information would be discussed by your team in order to make changes in plot plan if necessary. Good Moning Mrs. Marisela,

I write you to notify that the foundations for heat exchangers E-135110A/B/C/D and E-135210A/B/C/D will have the following dimensions:

This foundations has been designed using the seismic parameters defined in the document BASES Y CRITERIOS DE DISEÑO CIVIL PMJ (PMJ-D-5088-53-2411-B001 Rev. B). Seismic forces has been applied using PDVSA standard JA-221.Bearing capacity of soil is 2,0 kg/cm2. Heat exchangers technical data used is the defined by ENGINEERING DRAWING CSD/XP FOR BLENDING OF DRU (E-135110A/B/C/D) (PMJ-D-5088-10-2213-D001 Rev. A).

It must be considered two important facts of this design:

The Top of Concrete of the slab will coincide with the level of terrain. This variable of design has been defined in order to avoid choosing a width bigger than 5,9 m.1. Width of slab is almost 6 m.2.

As defined by DRU Plot Plan, distance between exchangers varies between 5,5 m and 6,0 m, as appears next:

Those distances appears in the PLANO DE IMPLANTACION DE FUNDACIONES (URD) (PMJ-D-5088-10-2419-D002) issued by DRU civil team in Rev. B

The first exchanger at the left is E135110C/D and the border of its foundation slab (5,90 m x 13,5 m) appears in a solid line. We have already received technical data about that exchanger, but it doesn't appear to be the bigger of all 110/111/112series. Borders of the slabs of 111/112 heat exchangers appears as segmented lines because we have not received yet any information (technical data) for its design. The heat exchangers labeled E135112 / E135212 appears to be boubleleveled heat exchangers (as are E135110 / E135210).

We give the warning that the dimensions of the remaining heat exchangers foundations, after designed, could be bigger enough to:

Generate interferences between each heat exchanger slab.Generate interferences between underground piping routes.Generate inferference between modules to be installed between heat exchangersGenerate interfeences between heat exchangers slabs and foundations of bridges to access them.

We hope this information would be discussed by your team in order to make changes in plot plan if necessary.

Best regards,

José Adrián González
