This email also went unacknowledged and unanswered. The ethical problems within Doctors Hospital clearly go very high within HCA. To date no Doctors Hospital or HCA employee has ever(after numerous requests) indicated how one makes a formal complaint regarding the abuses, intimidation, and bullying suffered by this family. Why is this important? If complaints fail to make their way to the hospital decision makers then those decision makers are unaware of impropriety thus unable to provide remedy. The several letters to Doctors Hospital/HCA medical staff and ethics admin staff going unanswered reveals their commitment to patient abuse, intimidation, and bullying. Also revealed is that these medical staff are dedicated to parties(BAR attorneys) other that the patient.

Subject: Re: Code of Conduct for Doctors Hospital
To: [email protected]
Ellen,

My name is [parent name redacted]. I am the father of patient [redacted]. [redacted]'s DH account number is [redacted].

[redacted] was a patient at the doctors hospital on December 4,5,6 2012...a burn unit patient.

Several extraordinary events involving substantial ethical and law violations occurred during [redacted]'s visit.

I am currently compiling all available data in order to best present our side of the events to whomever is in charge of grievances.

Reading page 33 of the code of conduct that you have provided me, I see that there is mention of an ethics line available to individuals(hospital employees) to report possible misconduct.

Are there currently any reports concerning ethics or possible misconduct concerns being generated by anyone including hospital employees regarding [redacted] on or around December 4,5, and 6 2012?

Respectfully,

[parent name redacted]
