    Sir,

    The Latest updated List submitted against vacant seats, cancellation of candidates (WithQueries)& vacancy created due to students admitted on state quota dated 11-10-10 is displayedon http://sites.google.com/site/acpdchc/downloadable . All concerned institutes are advised toanalyze the lists of admitted/ allotted students under state quota/ management & scatteredseats displayed on site with the students at their institute.

    The respective institutes have to take care of multiple occupations of seats by students & haveto submit request of cancellation from such students & relevant acknowledgement from suchinstitute from which cancellation is to be sought.

    The institutes must take care to admit only qualified students in the admitted list as perprevailing rules.

    The documents to be submitted for the endorsement of admitted list must be in the followingsequential order arranged separately in plastic folders.

    The institutes must send cancellation & admitted list (in excel sheet attachment as per ACPDCPerforma) through email to [email protected] before 22.00 pm of 12-10-2010 &

    Submit relevant documents as per table 1 & 2 on or before 13-10-10,17.00 pm along withauthority & certificate in the attached Performa.

    Admission process conducted by our institute is according to the judicialpronouncement and this institute has followed the fair, transparent & nonexploitative procedures as per management quota guideline.

    1. The News paper edition in which advertisement published to fill upscattered seats has circulation of more than 50000 copies.

    2. The advertisement was also displayed on our website.

    3. We have verified the latest provisional list of admitted /allotted studentsunder state/management/NRI quota as well the same against previous

    scattered seats. The same have been verified with the students at variousdepartments of our institutes.

    4. We are very much aware that having endorsed the admitted list fromACPDC, if any vacancy developed due to any reason such seat(s) will beleft & remain vacant & no admission will be granted on such seat(s).

    5. We have incorporated all the applications received from not reportedstudents at our institute & merit list is prepared according to guideline

    declared on 6-10-2010.

    6. The original documents collected from students will be returned to themafter the endorsement process is over.

    7. The Fees collected from the students is as per the guideline/norms of theFee regulatory committee & GTU/Circular/2010/4712 Dated : 07/08/2010.
