Email Netiquette
It can be defined as network etiquette.
In other words, Netiquette is a set of
rules for behaving properly when you
are online
Rules for how to communicate
appropriately and respectfully online
Sample Email Message (Great!)

Dear Fellow Teachers,
"Great!", "Very Interactive", "Generated high interest in a boring subject", "Best Teacher ever!", "No one other than ... would have taught us better than this!", "You are the best teacher by far!", "Friendly", "Awesome!", "Excellent Mentor", :)), "Most helpful", "Want him to teach next sem too!" ... and much more.

use their first name. Greet them
politely in the email:
Dear Mrs. Smith:
Also, do not use too many
exclamation points!!!!
Dear Mrs. Smith:
THERE’S JUST NOT ENOUGH TIME
FOR ME TO GET IT DONE!!!!!!!
Keep it polite!!!
Be polite—do not use insulting
language.
If you are upset wait until you have
calmed down to send an email.
Email is not confidential—do not
provide very sensitive or private
information
in an email Do not discuss delicate personal
problems in an email. It is to speak in
person about things like this.
Do not put anything in an email that
you would not want many other people
to see.
Email is not the place to work
out serious problems
Email should be used to communicate
simple requests or information.
Complicated problems should be
discussed by phone or in person.
Sign off with your full name
You should sign off with your full name, and not your nickname when writing to a other official person.
