charities to donate to. Spread the word that Our Lady of Grace Catholic School is participating in Giving Tuesday
and we will be accepting donations towards the Annual Fund. You can find the link in our website under
Fundraising. Thank you for your support!

PTG CLASS CHRISTMAS PARTIES - WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 21ST
For those of you who like to plan ahead, the PTG class Christmas parties will be held on Wednesday, December
21st from 2:20pm - dismissal. The 6th grade class is in charge of the Christmas party for the 6th, 7th, and 8th
graders. If you would like to help at your child’s class party, you must be in compliance with the Diocesan Safe
Environment Policy. If you are not sure if you are in compliance, please contact Mrs. Brown and she can let you
know what steps you need to take to be in compliance. Also, the only people who are allowed to attend the party
are the volunteers who sign up on SignUpGenius to help with the party. The homeroom teacher decides how many
helpers they need for their class party.
MIDDLE STATES VISIT
In preparation for our Middle States visit, we are looking for some volunteers to come and help clean up our school
after the Breakfast with Santa on Saturday, December 3rd. A SignUpGenius email was sent out last week to all
families. If you have the time, we would appreciate any help we can get!
HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE
The Student Government is collecting food items and paper products for the St. Vincent de Paul food pantry.
During Thanksgiving, let us remember those who are less fortunate who could use our help. Please send in
donations of canned or boxed goods (non-perishable items), and paper products to help those in need have a
blessed Thanksgiving and Christmas! Donations will be collected until the first week in December.
