Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that all radiation related assets, equipment and accessories are properly maintained and prepared for the wellsite in a timely and comprehensive manner. This includes:

Radioactive sources assemblies. Radioactive sources shields (Including required markings and labelling). Over packs (Including required markings and labelling). Radiation monitoring meters (Including calibration). Radiation mud monitors (Including calibration). All Calibration associated equipment (Including blocks, tanks and other auxiliary equip.) Source handling and loading tools. Fishing kits. Emergency shields. Wipe test kits and equipment.

Ensure all lifting gears associated with all radiation related equipment is fit for purpose, controlled, certified and compliant with all SLB mechanical lifting standards and local regulatory requirements.

Ensure lifting and auxiliary equipment inside the location radioactive source storage area properly maintained and certified.

Ensure that all source storage pits and cabinets are maintained and secured in accordance with Schlumberger standards.

Ensure all radioactive related equipment are input into the QTRAC and use QTRAC to track all maintenance performed.

Ensure that all radiation related equipment has defined service level and intervals in QTRAC. Ensure that all location related equipment movement to and from facility are tracked in QTRAC

and RMIS. Work closely with location RSO to ensure that from radiation equipment perspective QTRAC=

RMIS=Actual physical inventory. Set’s up all location nuclear calibration ensuring everything required is available and in a good

working order. Also ensure consistency in the setup of calibration. Has overall responsibility for the location calibration area ensuring all necessary equipment is

available in good working order and that housekeeping within this area is at the acceptable level. Ensure that complete set of equipment and special tool is available and dedicated to the

performance of leak test and photo inventory. Assist the location RSO (Radiation safety officer) in quarterly self-assessments against the D&M

Radiation standard ensuring that results and RWP are recorded in Quest and that the action items are acted upon and implemented in timely manner.

Coordinates and assist field engineer in nuclear tools calibrations. Coordinates and assists field engineers in performing leak tests. Coordinates and assists field engineers in performing photo inventory.

January 2010 – December 2014 LWD Maintenance mechanical team leader

Key Responsibilities:

Works on various tool modules to develop expertise and support the day-to-day activities of the location.

Observes safe-working practices, follows Schlumberger HSE, SQ and IT standards, and wears all personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Supervises the maintenance of D&M equipment. Conducts failure analysis when required; follows up on root causes. Understands the functions and role of the other teams within the maintenance facility, liaises and

co-ordinates joint operations with other team leaders / supervisors. Is responsible for the direct supervision of his team in order to ensure smooth completion of tasks

on a day-to-day basis. Follows predefined D&M Work Processes (QTRAC) and ensures all team members understand their

responsibilities. Performs risk assessments (HARC) on an on-going basis and for any new equipment being introduced

into the location. Failures Investigation with line management and technology center (when appropriate). Assists with the ordering of parts and setting of minimum M&S (materials and spares) stock. Rresponsible for the development of maintenance staff and the tracking of their progress. Supervise preventive maintenance protocol through an operating hours tracking system. Supervise modification on tools based on product center newly released technical alerts and FCOs. Liaises with personnel department with regard to Technician recruiting when requested by line

management; Forecasts upcoming Maintenance personal needs.

Promotes respect of management procedures, technical standards, work instructions and Uniform Operating Procedures in all technical areas.
