How big is my feeling?
©ELSA Support 2016
It is helpful to scale your happiness,
every time you do something new. If it
makes you really happy it is worth
doing again!
Look at the thermometer. Number 1 is a teeny bit happy and
number 5 is VERY VERY happy.
Imagine a time when you were happy. What
number would you give your happiness?
Let’s look at some words. If you think
this is a happy word then clap your hands together. If you think it is not a happy word then wave your hands
in the air.

How can you be more mindful? How can you take notice of things
more? What can you do? Just take a minute now
and be mindful. What can
you see? Hear? Feel? After one minute talk to the person next to you
and tell them.

You can even keep a mindfulness diary and concentrate on each of your senses. Our senses are sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell. Each day record something
