This range comprises of lightweight, corrosion resistant flap gates which act as Non-Return Gates and check gates for the prevention of reverse flows. Flap gates are designed for use at the discharge point of water control systems. They prevent back flow or intrusion of tidal waters or storm waters back through the discharge structure. Flap Gates may be installed on all size discharge openings. Typical applications include discharges to tidal waters, manholes, culverts, reservoirs, ponds basins and standpipes. Flap Gates permit the outflow of water while preventing back flow. COMPOSITE SCREWDOWN GATE
Screw down gates are commonly selected for water levels and flow rates controls in rivers and waterways. They are also used in raw water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plants and primarily for use of flow control of weir, irrigation, and flood control with minimal leakage.
ALUMINIUM ROLLER GATE
Roller gates are designed to control water
flow through large waterway / canal
openings where cost-effective and ease of
operation are important. A roller or fixed
wheel gate consists of a fabricated steel
slide with cast iron rollers and rubber seals.
It varies in width and height as required by
the size of the opening in the structure and
varies in thickness depending on the depth
of water. Recesses at the sides of the gate
opening are provided with rails and with
contact faces for side seal.
