About UsELITE IVF, established in 2004, has celebrated the birth of hundreds of babies through egg or semen donation with a pregnancy success rate of 70%.

Due to its global network of clinics, physicians, donors and surrogates, ELITE IVF offers patients outstanding donor selection, expedient time-to-treatment, VIP service and exceptional overall value.

The Agency’s philosophy is based on striking meaningful and rewarding partnerships with premier IVF clinics and physicians across the globe in order to provide leading and cost efficient IVF solutions to patients.

Package SolutionELITE IVF manages for its patients the complete IVF egg donation or surrogacy process from start to finish.

When attempting to achieve a pregnancy through IVF with the use of a donor or surrogate, a patient is confronted with numerous tasks to manage. These can include: finding a local fertility clinic; selecting a donor or surrogate; coordinating the recipient and donor cycles for egg and semen collection; organizing special shipments of semen, embryos and medication; establishing required insurance; confirming legal contracts; filing for financial aid or arranging time sensitive travel and accommodation logistics.

With such a volume of activity, undergoing IVF with a donor or surrogate is a daunting project for intended parents to handle on their own.

Like a puzzle of different shapes merging together to form a cohesive picture, IVF with a donor or surrogate presents an array of tasks that require smooth integration to achieve a successful outcome. ELITE IVF offers a packaged full service solution ensuring that all elements of the IVF puzzle are synchronized and managed for its patients. Service OrientationELITE IVF is comprised of an international and experienced group of service professionals that manage all logistical and medical details of a fertility project. Intended parents are supported by one central “case manager” who in addition to working with the donor or surrogate, coordinates activity with up to 14 people for each case, including medical staff,on-site coordinators, legal, financial and logistics administrators. The Agency serves as the control center between all parties involved ensuring clear communication of instructions and work flow. Utilizing its proven IVF service platform, ELITE IVF delivers patients from the approval of a donor to the embryo transfer stage within 60 days. The Power of MoreELITE IVF represents a pooled group of patients which motivates clinics to achieve maximum effort for the Agency and its patients. By offering clinics groups of patients, the Agency receives leading service, accountability and commitment to excellence by the physicians employed.

Since the Agency’s network of clinics is global and diverse, lower cost treatment options are available. This also allows patients to select donors according to their own preferences and geographic needs while receiving impartial support from the Agency.

To maintain high success rates and excellence, the Agency contracts only leading clinics, physicians and service providers and continuously monitors their performance.

How does the process work?

ELITE IVF locates a donor and/or surrogate based on a patient’s preference.

Donor attributes:

• Between the ages of 18 to 34 with an avarage age of 24

• Variety of ethnic backgrounds (European, Latin American, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Asian)

• Attractive physical appearance

• College graduates in most cases

• Excellent health and impeccable medical screening results

• Proven fertility

ELITE IVF works on a success basis only and does not take a fee until a suitable donor is located.

In the case of surrogates, the majority are stay at home mothers between 20-40 years of age.

Surrogacy agreements are all USA based and highly enforceable.

Preference

1

ELITE IVF assigns a personal patient coordinator to work daily with intended parents on their needs or questions. The patient coordinator reviews, prepares and tracks the patient’s medical file and ensures all blood work, semen analysis results and medical history are complete. Once the medical file is confirmed, the patient receives the required medication at their home fertility clinic or pharmacy and treatment begins.

The designated egg donor initiates treatment only when the recipient begins her own treatment, in order to synchronize the timing for ovulation induction and optimal endometrial preparation. At approximately 2-3 weeks after the recipient begins treatment, the donor is ready for egg collection.

Throughout this process, ELITE IVF manages all communications, medical coordination and logistics between the donor’s and patient’s fertility clinics in preparation for the procedure.

For patients or surrogates who travel abroad for the procedure, ELITE IVF organizes all travel and accommodation and guarantees a timely arrival to treatment. An on-site coordinator from ELITE IVF is also provided to escort recipients throughout their stay abroad.

Preparation

2

All IVF procedures require intended parents to be fully available for approximately one week. Intended parents are brought to their destination clinic one day prior to egg collection. On the day of egg collection, the male partner provides fresh semen or a pre-arranged donor semen is used.

After both egg and semen collection, fertilization occurs in the laboratory to form embryos using conventional IVF or micro injection (depending on the treatment indications). The physician and embryology team monitors the development of the embryos over the next 3 days to ensure optimal development.

While the patients await their embryo transfer, ELITE IVF compliments a day of sight seeing activities with a private tour guide and driver.

Most embryo transfers take place on “Day 3” following fertilization. However, “Day 5” transfers are also possible and done in accordance with patient preference and treatment indications.

Procedure

3

Within 10 – 14 days after the procedure, blood tests are administered to confirm a pregnancy. After confirmation, the recipient’s home clinic assumes responsibility for the pregnancyfollow up. If a pregnancy is not achieved, a repeat cycle with frozen embroys may be performed.

While the Agency’s role at the point of achieving a pregnancy is complete, ELITE IVF maintains its availability for guidance during the first trimester.

ELITE IVF provides intended parents an option of storing any frozen and remaining embryos or their return shipment to the recipient’s country for future IVF treatments.
