3. Please select only one program from the main program table. Write the no. of persons against the desired program and write the total amount. If different participants need different program or accommodation options, please fill up separate registration forms.

5. You may make the payment by DD or by online transfer to Trust “ICICI Bank” Account. Payment details are mentioned overleaf.

PAYMENTS: Registrations must be accompanied by the full program donation as modified in the registration form or online payment form. For demand draft payments, a registration will be confirmed after the bank clears the draft (usually 1-2days). Cheque payments are not accepted.

CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANTS: There are several costs involved in making preparations for the event very early on. Partial refund will be given at the request of the participant as per the following:

?Cancellation on or before Sep. 15, 2012: 50% of donation amount

?Cancellation on or before Sep. 25, 2012: 25% of donation amount

?Cancellation after Sep. 25, 2012: No refund

TRANSFERRING THE NAMES: Transferring of the participant entry to another person is allowed upon written/email request till 15-day prior to the start of the conference.

EVENT ALTERATIONS: The event organizers - Pyramid Spiritual Trust - reserves the right to alter any aspect of the event due to any things beyond the control of the Trust.

CANCELLATIONS OF EVENT: The Pyramid Spiritual Trust reserves the right to cancel parts/all of the event because of things beyond control. There will be an appropriate refund of the donation in such a case.
