Repeat between * and * 3 more times, leaving out the last 3 hdc in the last corner. Close this round with an invisible join. Cut your thread and if you still have ends to sort weave… its best do this now because we will block our work!

Spray your work with lots of water and pin this down on whatever you use to block. Make sure you use enough pins so it’s nice and square (photo 51). Let it dry out and stay in this shape for at least a day. This is the only time you get this square to be blocked properly and you want this square! Because of the texture and all the twisting and

turning it just needs a firm hand
