The potential market is very large but new, we need investment to show our ability to penetrate it and become a market leader. We are seeking a partner to help structure our financing and assist in our growth. The largest financial requirement now is work-in-process and inventory-in-transit.
We are concerned about maintaining operating control as we prove our ability to penetrate this market and build a world class, lasting company. We need investors with the same goal.
