The vacuum forming electrical unit is intended for Hot Drape Forming of composite materials parts. It includes a rubber silicone membrane, and heated by Infra Red bulbs. The unit is static and fixed permanently in a selected place or can be mobile and travel between 2 working stations.The entire vacuum forming process is automatic and is initiated by button pressing. Once the temperature in the membranes is stabilized, it is lowered to the mold placed on the table where vacuum is created, thus molding the raw material into the shape of the mold.
