VALUE PROPOSITION

• Generation of bill or receipt based on payment collection fromcustomer and updating or transferring the details on the spot toserver through GPRS facility.

• Avoid re-entering manually the information of bill or receipt into computer for record keeping.

• The machines will be Radio-frequency Identification-enabled (RFID-enabled) and the operators can issue smart cards compatible with RFID technology for frequent travellers.

• Over 56 per cent of BMTC passengers use a bus pass. Issuing smart card would enhance the performance.
